IAEA Update 369 (Oct 2): the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant has lost off-site power 10 times since June and now relies on a single line, the 330 kV Ferosplavna-1. On Oct 3 the IAEA said Director General Rafael Grossi is negotiating a localized ceasefire for repairs at the nearby thermal power plant, which would be the eighth IAEA-brokered ceasefire for the plant's off-site power.
