Canonical today-surface

Homepage Wire is the canonical today-surface: it is generated from dated notes on the daily board and is the human page of record for what is on today. notes.json is the full note corpus (lane pages and the globe read from it). signals.json is a structured subset of checkable claims; it may be thinner or lag the Wire, must not contradict Wire facts, and an empty array means unpublished. Lane JSON snapshots (ecdo, climate, neo, conflict, fracture, ai) update when that lane page ships.

Editorial JSON

Stable copies of /feeds/*.json. Cite the file URL and the index updated_at (it may be null).

Live gauges

Official agency feeds, fetched in the browser. Never faked. Failure shows stale; a prior number is not kept. Source URLs are listed in the feed index under live_official_sources.
