Maximum sustained winds are 25 mph (35 km/h); motion is northwest (320°) at 6 mph; minimum central pressure is 1011 mb (29.86 in). The system is no longer classified as a tropical depression. Dissipation is expected Thursday. Flood Watches remain in much of east Texas. Total rainfall along the path is expected at 5–10 inches, with maximum totals up to 22 inches for inland east-central Texas. Additional flash flooding is likely into Thursday, especially in low-lying and urban areas, with isolated moderate to major river flooding expected. Southwest Louisiana is forecast for 2–4 inches through Thursday.
