The Weather Prediction Center Remnants of Edouard Advisory Number 12 (AL052026), issued at 4:00 AM CDT Thursday 3 September 2026 (0900 UTC), is the last public advisory on this system. The remnants were near 32.5°N, 96.5°W — about 40 miles (65 km) southeast of Dallas, Texas, and about 65 miles (105 km) west of Tyler. Forecast/Advisory 12 states the center is forecast dissipated by 03/1800Z and that this is the last NHC/WPC forecast advisory on the system. Flood Watches remain in much of east Texas, with additional 2–4 inches possible in northeast Texas Thursday, path totals of 5–10 inches and a maximum up to 22 inches, additional flash flooding possible, and isolated moderate to major river flooding expected.
