JPL SBDB classifies it as a NEO, not a PHA, Aten-class, with first observation 2026-09-02. The Sentry API summary reports cumulative Palermo scale −10.88 with impact probability on the order of 2×10⁻⁹ for a far-future virtual impactor (listed around 2079) and an estimated diameter near 5 meters — negligible risk framing, and unrelated to the September 3 close approach itself.
