Al Jazeera, citing AFP and AP, calls it the first air-raid alert in Riyadh since the latest Houthi–Saudi fight flared in July. Saudi authorities reported no casualties or damage. Residents near the airport described smoke later that morning; a Reuters stringer photograph shows a black plume over the King Khalid International Airport fuel-storage area.
